REWARD PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Rewards are valid for delivery orders only from January 1, 2011 to December 30, 2011

1. Points may be redeemed only upon reaching 10,000, 20,000, or 40,000 points on the total orders from Quick Delivery Rewards Registered restaurants.
2. Rewards are redeemed upon the request of the customer only.
3. The rewards program for each customer begins on the date and time - the customer makes an order from a Rewards Registered restaurant and - customer makes a request to be included in the program.
4. Points are non-transferable.
5. Redemption period is until December 30, 2011.
6. Unclaimed rewards after the redemption period are considered void.
7. Rewards are only applicable to Quick Delivery approved reward partners.
8. The decision of Quick Delivery Management is final on all issues concerning the delivery rewards program.
