What are your delivery hours?
Quick Delivery takes orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery hours vary according to restaurant partner hours of operation.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on your distance from the restaurant, the kind of food you order and the quantity of your order.
 
In-Zone Deliveries- In-zone deliveries are received within 45 minutes or as long as 60 minutes from the time you place your order.
 
Off Zone Deliveries - For deliveries outside the coverage area, we normally request for an extended delivery time. Specifics shall be provided by the agents upon placing your order.
 
Catering and Group Orders - For catering orders, we recommend at least 24 hours notice, depending on the size of your event. For group orders we recommend at least 2 hours notice.
 
Drive-Thru and Takeout– For drive-thru and take-out orders, we recommend that you place your order 25 minutes before you arrive at the restaurant.
 
What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?
The minimum food and beverage order is Php500 for some restaurants and P750 for others. Customers may order below the minimum food and beverage amount for an additional P65 over and above any standard delivery charges. Please bear in mind that not all restaurants allow orders below Php500.
 
Is there any age limit for deliveries?
Quick Delivery STRICTLY denies alcoholic beverage deliveries to anyone below 18 years of age. Food may be delivered to persons below 18 years of age.
 
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, JCB), ATM payment (Megalink, Bancnet, BPI Express Payment) Citimobile, Smart Money, G-Cash, and I-cann. The Credit card must be present upon delivery. We do not accept personal checks. Corporate checks are accepted for house accounts.
 
Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants and establishments. If any individual order is below the minimum, a Php65.00 charge shall be added on to the 10% delivery charge.
 
Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious. We serve orders outside the delivery zone informing the customer that (1) the food will arrive later than expected, (2) the food quality may not be the same as if it were delivered within the delivery zone, and (3) there is an additional delivery charge depending how far the delivery zone is. For larger catering and party pack orders, we deliver off-zone with no additional charge.  
 
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within two (2) minutes from making the order. After two minutes, the order may not be canceled. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 2121212 for assistance.
 
Is a tip required?
No. However, you are welcome to provide tip to our riders should you choose to do so.
 
Can I sign up for a Corporate House Account?
Yes you can! Just call 2121212 so a Corporate House Account Representative can process your application.
