We at Quick Delivery hold ourselves accountable for our performance especially when it comes to getting your food and drinks delivered on time.

On time delivery is defined as us getting to you within the time that we say it will arrive. Hence, starting this February we are going to begin posting the previous month's delivery performance. It sounds risky but we are willing to put ourselves forward to live up to our promise.

All percentages are based on actual times documented within our system that monitors order, target pickup time and target delivery time versus actual pickup and delivery times.
