  1. What areas are available for delivery?
    We deliver for restaurants, food merchants, wine shops and retail stores in selected areas along the vicinity of Manila and Cebu. You can make an order for delivery to a friend or family member here in Manila or Cebu.

     
  2. What are your delivery hours?
    Quick Delivery takes orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery hours may vary according to merchant partners’ hours of operations.

     
  3. How do I place an order?
    As a customer from USA or Canada you can order via Quick Delivery’s toll free number 1855 543 2121 and a customer sales representative will assist you in placing your order. We will send to you a link where you can pay via credit card. Once it is processed, we will call you back to confirm the receipt of payment and to inform you that the order is being processed.

     
  4. What are my payment options?
    We only accept payment through credit cards. Once we get your order you will receive an email that contains your order and the link where the transaction may be made. The payment will be processed via Asiapay-our payment processing service provider.

     
  5. What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?
    The delivery charge is 10% of the menu price. The minimum food and beverage order is Php500 for some restaurants and P750 for others. Customers may order below the minimum food and beverage amount for an additional P65 over and above any standard delivery charges.  Please be reminded that not all restaurants allow orders below their minimum order.
     
  6. How long does it take for delivery?
    If your order will be delivered within the delivery zone, expect it to arrive within 50 to 60 minutes. If the order will be delivered outside the delivery zone, the delivery time may extend beyond 60 to 90 minutes.
     
  7. Can I place an order from multiple restaurants?
    Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants in one transaction. If any individual restaurant order is below the minimum, an additional charge shall be added to the 10% delivery charge.

     
  8. Can I make surprise deliveries?
    We do not allow surprise deliveries. The customer (recipient of the order) has to be at the site upon delivery.
     
  9. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
    Orders can be cancelled within two (2) minutes from placing the order. You can call 2121212 for assistance to cancel or make changes on your order.
