Chocolat  started out as a small baking supplies store in Kalayaan Avenue on February 14, 2003. After a few months of operations, they displayed some baked goodies like chocolate cakes and brownies in their chiller just as an experiment, to their surprise, most of the bakers visiting their store returned not for the supplies but for their cakes. They began supplying cakes to badminton courts, school canteens and small coffee shops. In 2006, Their first store opened in Mall of Asia & the rest is history.
